Khark Land Nationalization Act, 2031,-
(1) In the restrictive phrase of sub-section (1) of section 4, instead of the word "Pradhanpanch", the word "Chairman" has been substituted.
(2) Instead of the word "Panchayat" in the word "Thau" in Section 7, the words "Village" Development Committee" have been placed.
(3) The word "Adhirajya" in "Thau" has been deleted.
